How we use your email

Last updated 20 October 2026.

Who we are

Mountjoy is made by Sheephead Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17528367), registered office 129 Victoria Drive, Eastbourne, BN20 8LJ. We are responsible for the information you give us. You can contact us at hello@sheephead.co.uk.

What we collect

When you sign up for updates we keep your email address, the date and time you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and where you signed up (for example this website or an event).

Why we collect it

To email you about Mountjoy: playtests, game news and the Kickstarter launch. We do this because you have given us your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We will never sell your email address or share it with anyone to market their own products.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. When we start sending emails we may move the list to an email service provider; we will update this page when we do. Our providers may process data outside the UK under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the Mountjoy project ends, we will delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email hello@sheephead.co.uk and we will deal with it promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
